In order to expand the activities of the trust to serve the people and also for smooth running of the foundation by taking the expertise of the people from different walks of life and various field the following members to be the trustees of the board of the trustees and also the regularization of the members to be the trustees who inducted as trustees by amendment trust deeds vide Doc No.17/19 dated 02-05-2019, Doc No.41/2020 dated 14-12-2020 for change in constitution and also for the additional aims and objects of trust in addition to the original aims and objects of 1 to 33 in serial numbers of the Trust deed and for the additional aims & objects are as follows:

There also a supplementary deed vide Doc No.6/23 dated 13-2-2023 for change in constitutions of the trust. Thus, the present Board of Trustees are as follows:

INCOME-TAX REGISTRATION: The Drops Trust has been granted Income-tax registration under section 12AA vide order of the Principal Commissioner of Income-tax (Exemption), Bangalore under Unique Registration No. AABTD7605HE20221 dated 3-8-2022 valid from AY 2023-24 to AY 2025-26 by which the Income of the Trust are exempted paying Income-tax.

INCOME-TAX EXEMPTION U/S 80G: The Drops Trust granted the tax exemption under section 80G (5)(vi) of IT Act, 1961 by the Principal Commissioner of Income-tax, Bangalore under Unique Registration No. AABTD7605HF20221 dated 17-8-2022 valid from 17-8-2022 to AY 2025-26 by which any donations paid to the foundation are exempted in the hands of the donors.

The Donors of Indian citizen can donate by filling up of the donation form online by scanning the bar code furnished in the website with questionnaire to be fill up by the donors. Thus the donors will get the donation receipt separately in the prescribed format of Income-tax department in Form 10BE if it is exceed to Rs.2,000/-.

NITI AYOK: The Drops Trust has registered with Niti Ayok (Planning Commission of India), New Delhi through its portal NGO Darpan and got the unique id number bearing No. TN/2022/0327474 which is gate way to avail grants and permissions from Government of India.

CSR REGISTRATION: The Drops Trust also registered the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India through its Registrar of Companies, New Delhi granted registration number CSR00045094 on 12-1-2023 for undertaking CSR activities to avail CSR funding by becoming their activity partners of the Corporates of India.

LEI REGISTRATION: The Drops Trust also registered under Legal Entity Identifier and got the registration No. 8945000SQLD38TP09651 upto 13-8-2026.

FSSAI REGISTRATION: The Drops Trust also registered with Tamil Nadu Government under Food Safety Wing vide Registration No. 2243446000085 valid upto 28-6-2027 as the Trust cook nutritious free food and distribute to the poor people.

FCRA REGISTRATION: The Drops Trust has registered with Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India under Foreigners Division through FCRA Wing vide registration No. 075920022 dated 25-11-2023 to carry out of Social activities. The foreign contribution should be routed through it designated Exclusive Bank account No. 41858089681 with State Bank of India, No.11, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001 under SWIFT Code SBININBB104.
